Booking/Cancellation/No-Show Policies

Booking Policy: Once you arrive payment is due in full via Cash, or Zelle. If you are unsatisfied, the style will be removed and refund provided back to you via payment rendered. If you wish to keep the style, no refund will be provided. Deposit is non refundable regardless of outcome of service. When booking you will have a 15 min. grace period before your appointment is cancelled and you will not receive your deposit back. No additional people are allowed at your appointment! Exceptions (Parent of The child may stay if they want) Unless otherwise verbally stated from Stylist. (Parents Must Read) *Please make sure to book a style that your child can sit through. If your child is not able to sit for the booked style/service and/or refrain from crying uncontrollably to get out of the chair, the appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 50% of the service. I will attempt three times to complete the service before cancelling. styles such as Knotless braids that require sitting for longer than an hour may not be suitable. Upon booking you are agreeing to these terms. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: There is no charge for cancellations 24 hours prior to appointment time. Cancellations after the 24-hour deadline will be charged 20% of services booked via card provided at booking. No Show Policy: No show clients will be charged 50% of services booked, via card provided at booking.
